STOCK AVAILABILITY
We may on a rare occasion take your order and consequently discover that the item is temporarily out of stock. In such cases, we will contact you immediately and inform you of the expected delivery date. You will also have the option to cancel the order.
SIZING
We highly recommend you to measure your pet precisely to ensure the best fit. Dressypuppy carries items from many different designers that have different sizing and product specifications. Please see our Sizing Guide for more information or contact us at help@dressypuppy.com if you need sizing assistance.
PAYMENT METHODS
DressyPuppy accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. Credit and debit cards are charged at the time the order is placed.
PRICES AND TAX
Price and availability information are subject to change without notice. California Residents are taxed 8.50%. For all other residents, there is no sales tax charged.
CANCELING AN ORDER
Dressypuppy will work hard to get your products shipped as quickly as possible. Due to this, order cannot be cancelled once you have completed the checkout process. Once the checkout process is completed, we immediately notify our warehouse and manufacturers to prepare your shipment. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
PRODUCT DISCRIPTIONS AND IMAGES
It is our goal to provide accurate, current, and complete descriptions and representations of our products. However, slight color variations may occur due to monitor settings or descriptions may be incomplete due to human error. We do our best to correct errors when discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions including after an order has been submitted.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number (RMA number). RMA must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item. Please email us at help@dressypuppy.com with the order number, item name, and the reason for return. We'll get back to as soon as possible with the RMA number and where the item needs to be shipped. Make sure the RMA number appears clearly on the shipping label of the return shipment, and include a copy of your original invoice as well as a brief statement of the problem or instructions as to whether it is a credit return or exchange. There will be 20% restocking fee for all returns. All tags, hangers, and polybags must be included in the returned shipment. Due to supplier issues, we may prevent returns on selected items, but will be noted on the product page.
Damaged or short shipments should be reported within 3 days of receipt. Damage to a shipping container must be noted with the carrier at time of delivery.
Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipments in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery. Items received after 7 days after the RMA number has been issued will not be accepted for exchange or return and will be shipped back to you at your expense.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, not including any shipping or handling fees and 20% restocking fee, or send you a replacement item for exchange. We work hard to process returns as quickly as possible. Please allow 10 to 14 days after we receive the items before receiving your credit or exchange. Additional shipping fee will be charged for the exchange item. After the first exchange, each exchange will incur a restocking of $10 per item.
All products must be returned in the original condition including the original packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. We will not accept returns if the packaging is not in its original condition and will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, DressyPuppy reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.
We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible. We cannot honor exchanges or returns for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original new condition. All sale, personalized, custom, food and perishable items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
RETURN EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged ?customized, personalized or engraved items, toys, food, and grooming products. Holiday clothing and accessories return and exchange policy: one time size exchange, no returns or store credit.
DELIVERY AND CHARGES
We charge a flat shipping rate of $7 for standard or ground delivery of your order anywhere in the continental US. All orders that total $75 or more, before sales tax, will qualify for free shipping. Please note that with standard or ground shipping, your items may take 5 - 15 business days for delivery. If you wish to have your shipment expedited, contact us at help@dressypuppy.com . The options and ship times may be limited for certain items. Please note that some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.
DressyPuppy uses FedEx, UPS, the US Postal Service and other delivery services for delivery of your items. Due to orders being fulfilled from different warehouses, items may be shipped by any one of these delivery services. Many of our items are shipped from several sources; thus your items may be shipped separately from each other, even on the same order. The options and ship times may be limited for certain items. Once an item is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and you can then track your order. Packages shipped via US Postal Service display a delivery confirmation only. Detailed tracking information is not available.
Large or special items may require additional shipping costs, which will be clearly posted on the product description page. For an additional charge, some items can be shipped overnight or express. Please contact us help@dressypuppy.com for options.
You can expect most packages to be delivered to their destination within 5-15 business days from the ship date. Please remember that certain larger items, like beds, or customized items can take up to six weeks for delivery.
